Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data SunProtek™ collects through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to delete it.

Who we are
This website is operated by [ENTITY NAME] ("SunProtek", "we", "us"). For anything in this policy, including data requests, write to [EMAIL].
For the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), [ENTITY NAME] is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described below. You are the Data Principal.
What we collect
The quote and fitting enquiry form on this site collects:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- The service you are asking about (window film, PPF, or both)
- Anything you write in the message field, which usually includes your vehicle make and model
Our servers also record basic technical information when the form is submitted, such as the time of submission, so that we can prevent abuse of the form.
If you contact us on WhatsApp using the button on this site, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and we do not ask for payment card details through this website.
Why we collect it
We use this data for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, quote for the work, and arrange a fitting. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising profiles. We will only send you marketing messages if you separately ask us to.
We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to [EMAIL]; withdrawing it does not affect anything we did while the consent was valid.
Vehicle and installation records
We may in future keep records tied to a fitting — vehicle registration, the film fitted, panel coverage, and the light-transmission readings we take before and after fitting. Where we do, those records are kept for service history and support purposes and are covered by this same policy.
Who can see it
Enquiries are stored with our hosting and database provider and are readable only by people at [ENTITY NAME] who handle enquiries and fittings. We share personal data with third parties only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a fitting are deleted within 24 months of your last contact with us. Records connected to a completed fitting are kept for as long as we may need to support that work, and no longer than any period the law requires us to keep them.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data of yours we hold and what we have done with it
- Correct or complete data that is wrong or out of date
- Erase data we no longer need for the purpose you gave it for
- Nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to
To make any of these requests, including a deletion request, email [EMAIL] from the address you used in the form, or include enough detail for us to find your enquiry. We will act on it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you may raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
